Challenge
Our client, an Israeli outsourcing company that won a big contract. According to the terms, they had a pretty rough timeline for hiring and started to experience difficulties with engaging new local talents. They desperately were needed resources and turned to SourceTER with the need to quickly ramp-up the engineering team of 10 FTE and find talents on the Ukrainian market.
Solution
