Our client recently funded a technological startup from the USA was looking for a reliable partner to build the nearshore product-development team. Knowing high-quality Ukrainian IT background, they contacted SourceTER to hire and operate the local team, making dedicated office space with company branding.
Solution
SourceTER promptly established dedicated office space. We were helping with a technical interview for the Project Manager and Technical lead. We also supplied a newly hired team with quality profiles of engineers and designers and assisted with interview preparations and post-interview support. SourceTER team has prepared an onboarding plan and successfully onboarded new team members.
