Our client is an established startup from Israel, an innovative company at the forefront of event processing technology, offering a next-generation alternative to traditional message brokers. Their platform is a cloud-native solution, coupled with a comprehensive ecosystem, that supports data-oriented developers and engineers in managing modern, queue-based use cases involving large volumes of data. We are looking for a UX/UI Product designer to contribute to the enhancement of this cutting-edge platform, ensuring it remains intuitive, user-friendly, and highly efficient.
Responsibilities:
· Lead the UX/UI design efforts for the event processing platform, creating intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces that enhance the user experience.
· Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs, product goals, and technical constraints.
· Translate complex data processes into clear, accessible, and visually engaging design elements.
· Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on designs.
· Proactively identify areas for improvement within the platform’s user interface and experience and take the initiative to implement enhancements.
· Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
· Ensure the design is consistent with the company’s brand guidelines and contributes to a cohesive user experience across the platform.
· Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools and technologies in UX/UI design.
Requirements:
· Proven 4+ years of experience as a UX/UI Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to design user-centric products, particularly in complex, data-driven environments.
· Ability to work independently and creatively, taking the lead on projects without needing constant guidance.
· Experience managing large-scale design projects from concept to completion.
· Strong skills in user research, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex user needs and business requirements into effective design solutions.
· A proactive mindset with a passion for identifying and solving user experience challenges.
· Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in designing for cloud-based platforms or data-centric products is a plus.
· Background in data visualization or experience with user interfaces for technical users such as developers or engineers.
